Our Nutrition Philosophy: Eat well, Live Well.

Making good food choices positively impacts those around you. Your efforts will inspire others.

Why Eat Well?

Eating well has impact. Eating well can change not only your life, but those around you. If you have smaller kids, eating right will be their habit and their way of life. Eating right, helps you feed your friends better, your parents better, your loved ones better. When you eat right, you are not only doing it for you. You are doing it for others. When we eat well, and our family eats well, then our kids are less likely to get sick, they are more likely to have better moods and behave better at school. When you eat right, your sleep will be better, and you’ll feel more rested, you’ll treat your friends or your other half better. You’ll be happier in yourself. It will impact your job, your productivity. When you eat right, eventually, your whole world changes. Eating right has impact. The best part, eating well, is not hard.

How to Eat Well:

Good nutrition is not about obsessing about making good food choices. Good nutrition is about setting up the right environment for good food choices. It’s about deciding to throw out the chocolate cake that’s left over from the party, or to chose hanging out with active healthier friends over less active, less healthy friends. Eating well can happen by design. The more you design your life for this, the easier it is to keep making better and better choices, and the more likely making good food choices is going to be about having real impact on your life.

Nutrition Coaching:

Every journey towards that of better health is a highly personal one. One which has to be at your own pace and on your own terms. As coaches, it’s our goal to work with you, applying only certain bits of knowledge at certain times, at the right pace for you. When you get that balance of training and eating and learning right, your success will be consistent, and prolonged over months. Realistically anyone can transform themselves in 12 months by being consistent. However, consistency is often the biggest challenge and that alone can take a while (read a long while) sometimes to nail. Don’t be put off if progress is not rapid, because like anything, if it was easy everyone would be doing it, the major thing to remember in any health drive is that persistence pays off. Even if that means failing a regime several times over before you find a formula that works for you.

Either way, we’re hear to help. We’ll track all the necessary data (body composition, food plans, adherence charts etc.) and meet at least once a month to go over your progress and help keep you in track. The most important thing is to keep working, and keep positive. With that, you can achieve anything.

We’ll be looking forward to hearing from you and working with you on this. If you’re interested, click the sign up button on the home page and we’ll get your health journey started.
