Welcome to CrossFit Chichester Studio-  Our newly outfitted studio has 11 high-end brand new indoor cycling bikes and 2 new classes to bring you an alternative, intense cycling training session. If you’re a member- great- use this to add some diversity to your CrossFit Training- if you are not a member – Great! Come and join our indoor cycling community and pay as you go. Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or a newbie to regular exercise you can get so much out of this session by changing the intensity of the bike resistance and being motivated by the very loud instructors 🙂 Let the calorie burn begin.

Spinning is a great way to work  your Cardio Vascular endurance, burn calories and be part of a group of like-minded people.
