Dave is a qualified personal trainer, who exudes passion for the sport. First getting into CrossFit in 2014-15. He is a very humble guy who has a thirst for knowledge. He is always upbeat, but likes to be the more intellectual coach.
Continually getting better as a Coach and seeing his clients progress are his biggest points of satisfaction for him. He is also an extremely good athlete.
Macaulay - is one of our own grown, gym loving coaches. he was introduced into CrossFit by dave in January 2018 – hard-working, enthusiastic, he strives to be the best of the best, coach as well as an athlete.
