ARCHIE

As a CrossFit Level 3 Coach, I’ve spent over 10 years helping people transform their health and fitness. With over 5,000 clients coached, I’ve seen firsthand the incredible impact that structured training, proper nutrition, and a strong community can have on someone’s life.
 

Running CrossFit Chichester alongside my wife, Lydia, has been an amazing journey. Together, we’ve built a results-driven, supportive environment where people of all ages and abilities can achieve real, lasting change.
 

Our 6-week challenge is one of the most effective programmes we’ve ever created; it combines training, nutrition, and accountability to deliver incredible results. If you’re looking to get started or want to join a class, now is the best time.

RHYS

As a Level 2 CrossFit Coach with five years of experience, I’m dedicated to helping athletes of all levels unlock their potential and achieve their fitness goals. My coaching philosophy is built on a foundation of safe, effective training that focuses on long-term progress.
 

I’m passionate about refining technique and enhancing functional movement, ensuring every athlete moves efficiently and with confidence. Whether you're new to CrossFit or a seasoned competitor, my goal is to guide you towards maximising your performance and reaching new milestones.
 

My favourite movement? The deadlift. It’s the ultimate test of strength and technique, and I love helping athletes perfect it.
 

I’m here to support and inspire you on your fitness journey, creating a training environment where you feel challenged, empowered, and ready to achieve more than you thought possible.

BENJI

I’m Benji Payne, a coach at CrossFit Chichester, and I specialise in helping people who are new to CrossFit build confidence, strength, and solid movement foundations. I take a calm, supportive approach to coaching, with a strong focus on movement quality and long-term progress.

Whether you’re just getting started or returning to training after time away, my goal is to help you feel comfortable in the gym, move well, and build consistency that lasts.

GARETH

I’m Gareth Coombs, a coach and personal trainer at CrossFit Chichester. I work mainly with beginners and people who’ve been training for a while but feel stuck, unsure, or lacking confidence in the gym.
 

My coaching style is encouraging, relaxed, and supportive. I care just as much about confidence and mental well-being as I do about physical progress, and I believe training should be enjoyable, welcoming, and something you actually look forward to.

If you’re nervous about starting, worried about being shouted at, or just want a coach who’ll take the time to explain things properly, you’ll feel at home in my classes.
