The Rebuild Program - 20/04/2026


Every program goes through a phase.

Some will be strength focused.

Some will be mobility focused.

Some may be more cardio focused.


The aim of the program is to keep you guys progressing without losing site of the big picture. Of enjoying the process and much as seeing progress.


Recently we’ve been more focused (as you may have seen) so splitting muscle groups down into days. Monday and Tuesday being primarily leg day. Wednesday and Thursday being a push. Then Friday being a pull.

Strong build on the weekend hoping to hit some things that have been missed.


We do really want to keep a simple structure so you at least have an idea of what you’re going to be doing. More than that you can see progress.


When it comes to progress, I think that this where we need to get better.


What I want to start seeing is people writing down their workouts after they’ve done them.


A notebook is best. Simple. Low tech. Data is less likely to be lost.


Which is why over the coming weeks I’m going to start encouraging this more and more as I’ve seen it in my own training and would like to see it more for you guys.


So grab a note book and bring it to the gym. Even keeping a note of what you’re doing, how much weight, and how many reps and the date is enough.


Consistency as with anything is key.


As ever it’s an absolute pleasure to coach guys and I’m so proud of how far you’re all coming.
