The CrossFit Open is a unique time in the year when our gym community comes together to share in a series of workouts designed for everyone. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just curious, the Open offers a chance to connect, challenge yourself, and enjoy the supportive atmosphere that makes CrossFit Chichester special. This year, the Open will take place over three Friday evenings at the gym:
Friday 27th February
Friday 6th March
Friday 13th March
Starting from 5:00 pm onwards, these sessions invite all members to come along, whether to participate, watch, or simply soak up the energy of the event.

The CrossFit Open is a worldwide event where CrossFit gyms and athletes take part in a series of workouts released weekly over several weeks.
